Sudocrem Care & Protect Review
Before having a baby leaving the house was simple. I needed my keys, phone and wallet, now I need a whole bag full of literally everything you can think of. Nappies, wipes, a spare change of clothes not just for Clem but a top for me as well just in case of accidents. Antibac hand wash, toys to keep Clementine amused, food and bibs, muslins to wipe up any mess plus the normal things like keys and purse.
As you can see from the picture above that’s not everything I would usually put in the bag but it gives you an idea of what I usually pack. When Clem was born a few family members gave us gift baskets they had made which contained all the essentials you need for a new baby which included sudocrem. Now don’t get me wrong I do like using it, Clem can get nappy rash quite badly especially when she is teething. I’ve also noticed that if I’ve had quite a lot of citrus juice such as orange juice then that can cause it as well. The problem is the tubs are just so large so I don’t bother carrying it around in the bag.
We were recently asked if we would like to try a sample of the new Sudocrem Care and Protect* cream and we agreed. I have to say I am really impressed with it. It’s designed to be used at every change and helps to protect baby’s skin from the causes of nappy rash. The tube is definitely more change bag friendly. It’s really easy to use with one hand so perfect for those changes when your baby really isn’t happy. The cream itself is a lot lighter than the original one so a little really goes a long way.
We’ve been using the cream for almost a week now and so far Clem hasn’t had any signs of nappy rash which is great as it means she isn’t grumpy and nobody wants a grumpy baby.
