October According to Instagram
Goodbye October, hello November!
October was rather quiet which I talked about in my recent post. However I still found time to post to Instagram. It is definitely my favourite social media channel to use, and you can find us here. So here are my favourite pictures from October.
1 – The bar at Gothic Midtown. A Halloween pop up cocktail bar that I visited last week. Yummy cocktails, awesome venue, lots of spooky and creepy things going on. Perfect for Halloween.
2 – Autumn is definitely here. The leaves are falling, the trees are all changing colour. Our local park is looking so pretty.
3 – Swings! Clem absolutely loves a park, especially if it has swings and a slide. This one is local to my mum, who lives on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. We went to stay with her for a week last month as it was her 60th birthday.
4 – Gothic Midtown again. I turned around and saw this creepy cloaked lady lurking in the shadows. She didn’t move for a good 10 minutes.
5 – At the beginning of the month I went along to a blogger event at a local Lush. It was great, we found out all about the christmas range. I wanted everything! This particular picture is of a northern lights bath bomb which I ended up buying because it was so pretty.
6 – More Lush goodies, including some free samples we got and a bath bomb I bought. You can check out more from the night here.
7 – I went to see Billy Talent for my friend’s birthday. It was at The Roundhouse in Camden which is one of my favourite venues to go to. It was a great night. Before the gig we visited Kerb in Camden for some super yummy food. It was my first visit to a Kerb food market, and I would definitely recommend it. There were so many options and everything looked good.
8 – Clem pretending to be a dinosaur in her Halloween costume. She is changing so much, I’m really beginning to notice it more now. Every day brings a new word or sentence!
November is looking like a busy month. It’s my birthday soon and we will *fingers crossed* hopefully be moving at some point. The date keeps getting moved around so we haven’t really started packing! I’m not looking forward to doing that but it will all be worth it.
